CORTLAND COUNTY, N.Y. — A travel advisory was issued for Cortland County through Thursday at 6 a.m., according to the sheriff’s office.

Approximately 4 to 8 inches of snow are expected to fall in most areas with 10 inches expected to fall in higher terrain, south of Interstate 90, according to the National Weather Service.
