A woman is suing T-Mobile after an employee found a video of her having sex on her phone and forward it to himself.

Keely Hightower, 24, grew suspicious at the amount of time Roberto Sanchez Ramos spent working on her phone after she brought it into a Tampa store for maintenance last May.

And when she opened her email the two days later, she was shocked to see an email sent to her own account to Ramos’ address with the sex tape attached.

It showed her having sex with another person in bed, with Keely’s face fully visible in some frames.

Keely, who is suing Sanchez Ramos and store operator Global Innovative Group told the Tampa Bay Times: ‘My heart dropped…My thought was just like where did the video go?

‘What happened after that?

‘That was my main concern … I didn’t want the video out there in the public.’

Keely contacted cops as soon as she realized what happened last year, and Sanchez Ramos was subsequently jailed for six months for a computer offense crime.

News of his arrest made headlines at the time, but Keely only decided to identify herself Thursday after suing for negligence that she says caused her emotional distress as well as mental anguish.

Before her identity was released, Keely was subjected to vile victim blaming online, despite not having done anything wrong.

Her lawyer Christoper Klemawesch told the Tampa Bay Times: ‘It’s a question of how do you address the really gross invasion of her privacy and the turmoil that she’s had to deal with ever since?

‘That’s what we’re trying to address.’

Sanchez Ramos has previous conviction for defrauding another T-Mobile store, and was further accused of stealing two iPads from a Walmart he previously worked at.

He was released from prison following the sex tape leak last October.
